We encourage all our guests to carefully review the following Terms and Conditions before finalizing their booking. By making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Booking, Cancellation, and Additional Information

1. Booking Process

• • Reservations are confirmed via email.
  • Any changes to personal details (e.g., name, flight information) should be communicated promptly by email.
  • Guests must have a valid passport and, if required, a visa to enter Indonesia.
  • Visitors from ASEAN countries are advised to secure a return ticket, especially for trips longer than one month.
  • You can book your own flights to secure the best rates. If you prefer us to arrange flights, please note that airline rates and policies will apply.

2. Payment and Deposit

• • Prices are quoted in USD and IDR.
  • A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining 50% to be paid no later than one day before the tour begins.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer or in cash.
  • Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation for any reason.
  • If you have budget concerns, feel free to contact us for assistance.

3. Additional Notes

• • A basic first-aid kit is available, but guests with specific medical conditions should bring any necessary personal medications.
  • Basic diving and snorkeling equipment is provided, but guests are welcome to bring their own gear.
  • We recommend checking weather and sea conditions in advance to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
